Kristina A. Davies joined Teplitsky, Colson in 2010 as part of Mr. Roher's litigation practice group.

Ms. Davies received her J.D. from Queen's University in 2009. Prior to that, she received her B.A. in International Relations from the University of British Columbia in 2005. She was called to the Bar in 2010 after articling with a reputable civil litigation firm in Toronto.

While in law school at Queen's Ms. Davies was a caseworker for the Legal Aid program and participated in the Pro Bono program. Ms. Davies also studied International Business Law at the Queen's International Study Centre in the U.K. and spent a semester on exchange studying US law in California.

Ms. Davies practices in the areas of corporate/commercial litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes and franchise litigation.
